Steps to make Mocha Ghanto:
- Banana flower pieces boil in water and strain it
- Chopped onion,gramflour and salt mix in a bowl and make ball from it. Fry the ball and keep aside.
- In a same pan add ghee. Add potato cubes and salt and saute for a while.
- Add boiled banana flower pieces saute and cover the pan on a low flame.
- Add all masala powder, ginger garlic and chilli paste and fry it till the raw aroma disappear and cover the pan.
- Add onion fritters and salt sugar saute.Mocha ghanto is ready to be served.
