  2. In a large deep pan, bring water to the boil and add the eggs, and cod and boil for 12-15 mins.
  3. In the meantime while thats all cooking, cut and chopped, the garlic, coriander (cilantro), and green pepper. Place in a large bowl.
  4. Add the olive oil and salt to the bowl.
  5. Add the beaten egg to the mix and stir well.
  6. Remove the cod and eggs from the boiling water when done. Add water to the large bowl, leave it for up to 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the shell from the egg, cut the cod into smaller pieces and place on a tray ready to serve.
  8. Add the bread into the bowl and lightly ladle water over the bread.
  9. Now it's ready to serve. Serve alongside the egg and cod.
