- Add 1/4 tsp Salt & 1/4 tsp Pepper (according to taste).
- Serve with mashed potato, as a pie filling, or Cottage Pie filling.
Tie with kitchen string, and season with salt and pepper. Heat a little more oil in a pan and fry until golden-brown all over. Add the onions and cook until they have. Add the onion, garlic, parsley and black pepper and cook until the onion is tender-crisp, stirring often. Stir the stock in the skillet and heat to a boil.
