  1. Get Salmon
  2. Get Toasted sesame seeds
  3. Get Japanese short grain rice
  4. Take Black sesame seeds for decoration
  5. Make ready mayonnaise

In a non-stick frying pan, heat a little bit of oil and sauté salmon. With a wooden spoon, break up into smaller pieces. Pour Seasonings, sesame seeds, and shiso leaves in a pan and mix all together. Pour the mixture into a rice cooker.
