- Add mutton and cook it for 15 mins, every after 15 mins keep checking it. Add fennel powder, plain yogurt. Give it stir so all the masala get coated very well on the mutton. Add 400ml water and let it simmer. Cook it for another 15 mins. Give a stir. Keep repeating the same process for 3-4 times.
- Cook it for another 20-30 mins on low heat until the mutton is soft and tender and the gravy is rich in flavour and colour.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and garam masala. Serve with fresh naan bread or rice.
