- Take a one bowl add lentil crush mixture and all ingredients and mix it.
- Make a small lemon size balls from this mixture using your plams and like a Vada.
- Heat a sufficient oil in a pan. Now add Vada flip and fry until golden brown on both sides.Drian out in a absorbent paper.
- Parippu Vada Serve hot with tomato ketchup and any chatuney.
Parippu vada or dal fritters are one of the classic tea time snacks of Kerala. If there is any food combination championship my parippuvada and chai will be the best and first.
