- Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Heat ghee in kadai add fennel, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and hing. - - Reduce the flame add turmeric, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, 1 tsp of kasthuri methi. Don't burn the masala.
