- Preheat oven on bake to 230 degrees. In a sauce pan. Place chicken wings in enough water to cover them and bring to boil. Boil for 3 minutes and set aside.
- In a separate bowl melt margarine, and add baking powder, soy sauce, honey and hot sauce and sriracha and mix (I forgot the sriracha so I added it just in time) Pour in chicken and stir. Bring to a boil then transfer to baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 190 degrees and glacé and turn wings. You’ll do this for every 15 minutes. Till reduced and sticky. (In this moment I cut the outer outer wing because it burns easily. You can do this in the very beginning) garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
