  3. Now Seive the ngo or potash mix to remove any residue then Set aside In another pot pouring in some palm oil and stir in the ngó mix or dissolved potash until a slightly thick oil result This resulting oil blend is called Ncha
  4. Add another round of blended/pounded ingredients (From step 2) then add the pounded goat brain, ukpaka, and utazi into the oil mix, while Adding the goat head meat keep on mixing clock wise then Season with maggi and a pinch of salt.I love mine slightly thick.
  5. Garnish the ise Eku with onions ring, upkaka and utazi leaf and enjoy with Palm wine😉
