- Take 2 Tbsp Oil
Steps to make Black Pepper Chicken:
- Wash the chicken pieces and make 2 or 3 slits in the drumsticks on both sides.
- In a bowl add eggs and beat it. Then add corn flour and required salt mix well without lumps.
- Then add the chicken pieces and coat well on all sides. Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
- Keep a frying pan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add oil for deep frying.
- Once the oil gets heat, keep the flame in medium and add two or three chicken pieces at a time. Fry it on all sides for 15 mins until it turns golden brown colour. Drain them in an absorbent paper.
- Place a sautepan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add 2 Tbsp Oil.
- Once the oil gets heat, keep in medium flame and add ginger and garlic. Fry it for a minute. Do not burn.
- Then add onions and green chillies. Fry until onions becomes light brown colour.
- Add soya sauce and black pepper powder. Saute for 2 mins.
- Then add vinegar and white pepper powder. Saute for 2 mins.
- Add chilli flakes,salt and little water. Let it boil for 2mins in medium flame until we get a sauce consistency.
- Then add the fried chicken pieces and saute well. Let the sauce coats on all sides. Do not burn.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it's ready to serve.
