  1. Remove skin & cut Daikon about 1-2cm thickness. Cut in half if large. Cut Carrots and Pork into chunky pieces.
  2. Place Daikon, Carrot and Ginger in a large saucepan or pot, add Water just enough to cover. Bring to the boil over high heat and reduce the heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add seasoning ingredients and Pork, and bring back to the boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover with lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat until the liquid is almost gone.
