The ingredients needed to make Carrot Halva:
  1. Get 5-6 carrot (medium size)
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup sugar
  3. Take 1/2 cup chopped walnut
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup maple syrup
  5. Get Rosewater as you like
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  7. Take 1 teaspoon glucose Syrup
  8. Get 1 spoon gelatine powder
Steps to make Carrot Halva:
  1. First peel and grate the carrots, then add sugar and put them aside for half an hour so that the carrots make water.
  2. Then put the carrots on fire to lose the water and cook slowly. Add the maple syrup, walnuts, cardamom powder and glucose syrup to the carrots.
  3. It needs around half an hour to cook properly and lose all the water. Then mix the gelatin powder with 2 spoons of water and add it to the carrots along with the rosewater. After a few minutes you can turn off the fire and let it to get little bit colder. Then it needs to be in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Bon Apetit!
