- Put sugar and milk into a milk pan and heat it until bubbles appear around the milk.
- Pour the hot milk into the Glutinous rice flour and mix well.
- Get another clean bowl and put in plain flour, yeast and salt.
- Add in the egg into the plain flour bowl and mix them all well.
- Add Glutinous rice flour from step 2 into the flour bowl and then add in vanilla extract and olive oil to make a smooth dough.
- Oil the bowl and put the dough in for the first 60-minute fermentation.
- Divide the dough into 6 portions and make 6 rings. Cover them and do the 2nd fermentation (30 minutes).
- Deep fry the donut dough until it turns golden brown on both sides.
