- Than take another pot put oil in it than onion fry it than add meat in it fry it
- Now add ginger garlic paste and all spices with splash of water
- Bhunofy well than add water to tender the meat
- When all anaj cooked well grind it in blender and take a side
- Now separate the meat from bones and shred it
- Now mix anaj and shreded meat together and start ghutofy
- Sprinkle garam masala and again ghutofy well
- After few minutes haleem is ready and turn off the flame
- Serve in bowl garnish with dhania podina and adrak and lemon and enjoy with nan
