  1. Get 200 g beef
  2. Prepare 2 cup rice
  3. Prepare 1 small carrot

  6. Take 2 tablespoon sugar(total)
  7. Prepare 2 teaspoon grind ginger

Steps to make Japanese Beef Rice:
  1. Cut beef. Put beef and 150ml water, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon grind ginger in high pressure pan. Cook for 10 minuets till beef is softened.
  2. Cut beef, shiitake mushrooms and carrot into small cubes.
  3. Wash rice and make soup. Make soup 450ml—seasoning, shiitake mushrooms water, water and beef cooked soup. Put soup on rice and vegetables and beef.
  4. Sprinkle sesame oil and cook rice. (After boiling, cook with low flame for about 13 minuets)
  5. Rest for 10 minutes and mix. Enjoy 😉
