  3. In a frying pan, add half of the butter on medium heat and then add beef, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, nutmeg and stir till beef is almost cooked
  4. Remove the beef without the oil, and add it to the potatoes dish, then cut the remaining half onion into small pieces and add it to the oil, and add the remaining butter and stir on medium heat
  5. Add chicken stock cube, water and stir until cube is dissolved, then add the tomato paste and stir for 5 min
  6. Add all the sauce to the potato dish to cover it, and put in preheated oven, cook for one hour till potatoes is soft
  7. Serve hot with white rice
