- Took pot and add cocoa powder, butter, water and sugar. Cook it for 5-7 min until it thickens. After 5-7 min turn off flame and cool it at room temperature.
- Now ground the biscuits in a plastic bag or grinder. Mix the biscuits in the pot containing coco powder, butter and sugar. Mix properly. Add this on the baking mould. press the mixture of biscuits to spread evenly. keep it in fridge for 15- 20 min until it sets.
- Now beat the olpers cream by placing the ice beneath the pot. Add cream in the pot. Beat the cream at low speed for 5min. Then at high speed for 5 min again to get stiff peaks.
- Took out the mixture of biscuits from fridge and spread whipped cream on it and spread evenly.
- Now melt chocolate. place in piping bag and draw circular pattern as shown in picture below. Spread some crushed almond on top for garnishing
