- Peel and slice potatoes, par boil for 30 mins, drain and allow to cool.
- Chop red onions finely and fry in butter until browned.
- On a low heat add honey, butter, garlic paste, oil and a pinch of salt, stir frequently until melted.
- Add potatoes and onions to a foil lined baking tray and pour the mixture over. Bake at 200 for 25 minutes.
- Cook broccoli and carrots in a steamer or pan of boiling water.
- Fry mushrooms, once brown add mince. When cooked drain fat and return to heat.
- Add 300ml water, gravy granules tomato puree and sugar. Cook until gravy thickens to a sauce consistency.
- Add mince to Pyrex dish, layer over vegetables, carefully place potatoes on top.
