- In a bowl add all the eggs and whisk for 1 min add the salt pepper and italian herbs
- Then add a little milk
- When the mushroom and bacon are cooked add the onion avacado.
- Then add the egg mix
- Then add the sweet peppers
- Make sure by giving a little shake that the bottom is not stuck to the pan. Then add the pan under the grill for 3 minutes
- Take out and add the mozzarella cheese
- Add it back under the grill to melt it
- Add the wrap to a serving plate and slide the omelette onto it so it fits
- Cut into 4 and serve add a little of your favourite sauce on the side
