- In a kadai add oil.When oil becomes hot add cinnamon stick,bay leaf,green cardamom,big cardamom,cloves,cumin seeds
- When it becomes aromatic add onion paste(onions are chopped and boiled in water for 15 minutes and they are stained.Then onions are made into fine paste in mixer jar)
- When onions becomes pinkish colour or cooked till transparent add ginger and garlic paste.Cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add yoghurt and cook till oil separates.
- Add pepper powder and kastoori methi.Mix them well.
- Grind cashews and almonds soaked with green chilli and poppy seeds with little water.
- Add this paste to curry.Cook well for 5_8minutes.
- Add milk and cook at high flame.When it gives a boil add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes by closing the lid.
- Add garam masala and cream.Mix well.Check for salt.
