  2. 5 se 7 minutes bhoon kar is me red chilli powder, coriander powder, Salt,yogurt, garam masala dal kar pani dal kar pakein
  3. Jab gosht gal Jay to bhoona Lein phir is mein ALOO dalen 2 glass pani dal kar pakein
  4. Jab ALOO gal Jay to coriander leave dal kar flame off kar dun. Aloo Gosht ready.
  5. Serve to boiled rice and chapati.
