- In a large bowl mix the Mustard, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Chop up the Bacon and throw that in the bowl as well. Then mix the Rabbit in and give it a couple of hand tosses.
- Take the rabbit out and set it on a baking tray. The extra sauce and bacon will most likely be sticking to the side of the mixing bowl. Just take the excess bacon and sauce mixture and put it on top of the rabbit.
- Cook the rabbit for 40 mins at 350°F. Then turn it to a Hi-Broil for an additional 3 mins or so to crisp the bacon and outside of the Rabbit.
