Ceviche is the best known Peruvian dish. This popular seafood dish claims origins in Lima, Peru but is found in many coastal areas throughout Latin America such as Ecuador, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia. It has been one of South America's best-kept secret for centuries.

The ingredients needed to make Ceviche:
  1. Make ready Potato
  2. Get 1 Sweet potato
  3. Make ready 1 cinnamon stick
  4. Get 5-10 cloves
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp sugar

  7. Take 200 g fish e.g cod
  8. Make ready 2 limes
  9. Prepare 1 onion
  10. Take 1/2 red Chilli (adjust depending on heat preferences)

  13. Get to taste Coriander, salt and pepper
  14. Make ready Condensed milk- if too acidic

  6. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add some condensed milk if acid is too strong
  7. Serve with the sweet potato and some corn
