The ingredients needed to make Grilled Chicken:
  1. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  2. Prepare 1.5 tsp pepper
  3. Make ready 3 Pods ginger
  4. Take 4 tbsp oil
  5. Make ready 250gr boneless chicken
  6. Get to taste soy sauce
Instructions to make Grilled Chicken:
  1. Marinate the chicken with Pepper 1.5 tsp, salt 1 tsp, 3 pods of garlic and 4 tbsp oil. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  2. Now in a bowl mix 1 tsp of Soy sauce with 3 tsp honey.
  3. After 30 mins add a tbsp of butter to a hot pan or a grill.
  4. Cook the chicken (each side) on high heat for 3 min and low heat for 5 mins with the butter. (Do not use oil)
  5. Now apply the soy sauce and honey mix and cook for 1 min on each side.
  6. Remove from heat, Serve and enjoy.
