  4. After 5 mins, add the sun dried tomatoes and continue to fry for a few mins.

  6. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Spread the cranberry sauce on the bottom of the tin.
  7. Spoon your nut mixture into the tin, pressing down with the spoon and then your hands to fit the mix in and make sure there are no gaps. Cover with foil and bake at 190 C for 50 mins.
