- Knead the dough well. Make a small balls of dough.
- In small plate add kala masala, salt and oil. Mix well. Keep aside.
- Take a small ball. Roll it like puri. Don’t use dry flour while rolling.
- Apply kala masla over the puri. Fill enough stuffing at the centre.
- Fold from one side and then other. Fold the edges of the both sides.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the vadi on low medium flame on both side till it becomes crispy.
- Take it on tissue paper. Pudachi vadi is ready to eat. Serve with tomato sauce.
