  26. Prepare 4 tablespoon garlic (chopped)

  28. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  29. Prepare 1 tablespoon ketchup
  30. Make ready as needed Red food colour
  31. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  32. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  33. Take 1 glass water
  34. Make ready 2 tablespoon corn starch
  35. Get 4 tablespoon oil

Steps to make Devil Momos:
  1. Take carrot,cabbage and onions in a bowl add salt and keep it aside for 15 mins…then squeeze the veggies and take out extra moisture…then add paneer,ginger,black pepper,salt and chilli sauce…and mix well..filling is ready
  2. Mix the ingredients of dough…and let it rest for 15 mins…then make momos of your favourite shape…and steam it for 6-8 mins..keep it aside once it is steamed
  3. For chutney blend all the chutney ingredients and make it a thick chutney don't add water
  4. For devil dry…..take oil in wok add diced onions and capsicum and then add steamed momos which u kept aside…stir fry it…don't make it brown…just for 2-3 mins on high flame… then take out the momos only and keep it aside
  5. Then add garlic and chopped onions together in the wok then add chutney,sauces,vinegar,salt,pepper and food colour once the chutney starts releasing oil add 1 glass water….let it boil..then add cornstarch slurry…and add more half glass of water if needed…once the gravy starts thickening add momos and just cook for 2-3 mins and switch off the gas
