- Take 1/4 Savoy cabbage, shredded with the core diced small
- Prepare 2 tbsp mirin
- Take 2 tbsp soy sauce (I always use Pearl River Bridge dark but that’s just our preference)
- Make ready 1 (120 g) packet black bean sauce
- Get 450 g ready-to-wok noodles
How I make sure the pork gets crispy? Mix the soy, rice wine vinegar and mirin. Dip the pork in the marinade, shake off excess and fry in batches until golden. This Pork Stir Fry is an easy homemade stir-fry filled with chunks of pork, vegetables, and rice noodles.

- Mix the pumpkin oil and black pepper. Toss the pork strips in it and set aside for Step 3 below.
