- Cook/Warm Udon Noodles as instructed, then drain well.
- Place all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Slice Pork steak(s) or a block of Pork as thin as you can. Give 1 pinch of Salt and massage, sprinkle Potato Starch over and coat the pork slices with it. This layer of starch will turn to jelly-like when combined with the sauce.
- Heat Oil in a frying pan and cook Pork until nicely browned. Add the sauce and stir to combine well.
