  6. Then put the boiled water and stir. Cook it till it is soft and small liquid remains.
  7. Then put aluminum on top and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.

I call this restaurant rice because this is the kind of rice that is usually served in the Restaurants. I also think this rice is really good after it is refrigerated overnight.
