- Combined jell-o, coco milk, water and sugar in a pan on low heat, just to dissolve sugar, do not boil. Let it set in a container and chill.
- Cut jell-0 into small squares. set aside.
- In a bowl, combine condensed milk and cream until well blend. add coconut meat and squared jell-0
- Notes: 1. I used canned macapuno but i rinsed it to lessened the sweetness. 2. I'm thinking of adding some cheddar cheese the next time. 3. If I have pandan essence or leaf, maybe it is good to add in the water.š
