- In a pot, mix gelatin powder into buko juice and stir until completely dissolved.
- Heat while stirring until the mixture is almost boiling.
- Remove from heat and pour into mold. Let it cool to set the gelatin. You can do it in the fridge to make it set faster.
- When set, slice into cubes of 1 x 1/2 inch size. Put in a mixing bowl.
- Mix heavy cream into cubed gelatin using a wooden spoon.
- Pour in the rest of the ingridients and mix properly.
- Chill for at least an hour and enjoy.
