- Dice the chicken breasts into 2" pieces and place in a food bag.
- Add the tbsp of oil to the food bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add the GF flour to a bowl and mix in the smoked paprika and salt and pepper.
- Add the extra oil to a frying pan and allow to heat.
- Add the GF flour mix to the food bag and shake well to coat the chicken evenly and put to one side.
- Add the honey, soy sauce and juice of the oranges to a pan and bring to a boil.
- Remove the coated chicken from the food bag, place in the hot oil and shallow fry turning occasionally until golden.
- Once chicken is cooked evenly remove from frying pan and place on some kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.
- Add the chicken to the sauce pan and allow to coat the chicken evenly.
- Serve as desired. I serve with white or brown rice.
