- Now heat a pan. brush oil on it. lower the flame. place 4 sticks on the pan. close lid and cook for 2 mins till water is dried up.
- Then place a wire rack on the gas stove. switch on the gas on high flame. place the kabab brush oil and cook on both sides till it has the burning effect of tandoor.
- Serve hot with lemon and onion rings.
