  11. Prepare 2 pinch allspice
  12. Make ready 4 dash oregano
  13. Make ready 2 dash ground ginger
  14. Take 2 dash celery salt
  15. Take 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  16. Get 11 dash crushed bay leaves
  17. Get 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  18. Make ready 1 each carrot
  19. Get ice bath
  20. Make ready boiling water
  21. Take pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions to make Spaghetti Warmth:
  1. Boil a pot of water
  2. Prepare ice bath
  3. Remove stems from tomatoes
  4. Score an x on top of tomatoes
  5. Gently put tomatoes in boiling water
  6. Boil tomatoes just until you can see the skin start to peel
  7. Remove tomatoes and put immediately in ice bath
  8. Place tomatoes in blender and puree til smooth
  9. Poor tomato juice in bowl and repeat blender til all tomatoes are smooth
  10. In deep sauce pot heat olive oil
  11. Mine garlic
  12. Chop onion to small pieces
  13. Add onion and garlic to sizzling olive oil
  14. Saute until onions are carmalized
  15. Add tomato juice to onion and garlic mixture
  16. Reduce heat to low
  17. Add basil, Italian seasoning, parsley, nutmeg, sea salt, ground sage, allspice, oregano, ground ginger, celery salt, ground pepper, crushed bay leaves, granulated sugar, cayenne pepper
  18. Still til all spices mixed
  19. Simmer 30 minutes
  20. Stir
  21. Simmer 15 minutes
  22. Chop end off carrot
  23. Add whole carrot to sauce
  24. Simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
  25. Stir
  26. Simmer until cooked down into a spaghetti sauce thickness, stirring occasionally to not burn (it might take longer as I am in the mountains than it did me)
  27. Ground your meat or do vegetarian (we either do 1 lb ground Italian sausage and 1 lb ground hamburger or 2 lb ground buffalo) with desired herbs and spices
  28. Add cooked meat to spaghetti sauce
  29. Stir
  30. Remove carrot and discard or shred and add it in sauce
  31. Serve as spaghetti or goolash
