The ingredients needed to make Achari gosht:
- Get 500 gm mutton
- Make ready 1/4 cup mustard oil
- Get 1/2 onion ,finely chopped
- Make ready 2 tsp ginger paste
- Get 2 tsp garlic paste
- Prepare 3 tbsp yogurt , heaped
- Prepare 1.5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 2 tomatoes finely chopped

- Make ready 1 pinch asafoetida
- Make ready 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- Take 10 - 12 curry leaves

- Make ready as needed dash of lemon juice
- Take as needed chopped coriander leaves for garnish
- Take pickle spices (dry roast until the aroma is released. grind to a slightly coarser than fine powder)
- Get 1 tsp black mustard seeds
- Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1tsp fennel seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- Get 2 cloves
- Get 1/2 tsp nigella seede
- Get 4 dry red chillies
- Prepare 1/2 tsp carom seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp aniseed
- Get 1/2 tsp whole black pepper
Achari is an Indian film actor, who appears in Malayalam films. He won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Character Actor for. There is no way to get Ghost through breeding. Ghost can only breed with another Ghost.
Steps to make Achari gosht:
- In a wide bottomed, nonstick pan, heat the mustard oil to smoking point. Turn off and let cool completely.
- In a bowl mix together yogurt,warter,salt,brown sugar,kashmiri red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
- Place the pan with the cooled mustard oil on medium heat.Add asafoetida and onions.Saute and cook until onions turn brown.
- Add curry leaves,ginger paste,garlic paste,green chillies and ground pickle spices.Saute for 5 minutes.
- Add mutton and saute on high heat until mutton starts to turn brown.
- Turn heat to simmer, add the yogurt-spiced water,cover with a tight fitting lid and cook until mutton is 3/4 done.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, mix through,cover and cook until mutton is tender and cooked through.
- Remove lid,increase heat to high and cook until all the water has dried up and the desired consistency is reached.
- Add a dash of lemon juice.
- Remove to a serving dish,garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot along with Indian flatbread.
