  5. Add musterd oil inhot pan.
  6. Fried the potato piece very well.
  7. Fried prawns also.
  8. Add 4tbsp oil in hot pan.
  9. Add 1/4tspn cumin seeds, 2 bay leaves and 1 dry chilli.
  10. Add 2spn ginger paste.and fry it.
  11. Then add cumin powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.mixed it well.
  12. Add salt and sugar as per taste and mixed it.
  13. Add 2spn water and cook in high flame for 1min.
  14. Now add fried potatoes, fried prawns and cook in medium flame for 2min.
  15. Add boil banana blossom and cook it for 5min in medium flame.
  16. Then add 1cup water and clise the lid for 10min.
  17. After that add 1spn garam mashala powder and 1spn ghee..then mixed it very well.
  18. After 5min mocha ghonto or banana flower curry is ready to serve.
