- Add the garam masala, coriander powder. Cook until tomatoes are reduced, about 7 minutes on a medium high flame. Add a cup of water. Adjust salt. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens a bit and is incorporated with the chicken. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, lemon slices and serve with hot chapatis or rice!Enjoy!!
